A dedicated hospitality coordinator is assigned to you and your family from the moment your membership has been activated and a request for an emergency transfer to JMH has been made. The hospitality coordinator and the on-call physician of the International department coordinate your case with the air ambulance company, the referring hospital, the referring physician and the admitting physician at JMH, securing the appropriate resources for your medical emergency within 60 minutes from the call. Members of JMHI DirectAccess have guest privileges at the new BUPA International Patient Reception Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
